What is the Founders Stack?
This is the stack our founder Tom takes every day. Tom is a coach and nutritionist, and after years of working with clients and researching what actually works, these four kept coming up. Creatine, Magnesium, Vitamin D3 & K2, and Curcumin 95. Not trendy, not complicated. The foundation he'd recommend to anyone serious about their health.
Why did Tom choose these four specifically?
Because most people are deficient in at least three of them without knowing it, and fixing those deficiencies produces real, noticeable results. As a nutritionist Tom sees it constantly. Clients come in tired, inflamed, sleeping badly, recovering slowly. Nine times out of ten, these four are part of the answer. He built this stack so people could get it right without having to figure it all out themselves.
Why is creatine in here? Isn't that just for the gym?
This is one of the biggest misconceptions Tom deals with as a coach. Creatine is one of the most researched supplements on the planet and the benefits go well beyond training. Cognitive function, memory, mental fatigue, energy metabolism. It works for everyone, not just people lifting weights.
Why does inflammation need to be in a daily stack?
Chronic low-grade inflammation sits behind most of the conditions associated with ageing. You don't have to feel inflamed for it to be happening. As a nutritionist Tom would put high-strength curcumin in almost everyone's daily routine. Our Curcumin 95 uses a 95% curcuminoid extract with a delayed-release capsule, the only way to make it properly bioavailable.
Why D3 with K2?
D3 increases calcium absorption. K2 makes sure that calcium ends up in your bones and teeth rather than your arteries. They work as a pair. Taking D3 without K2 long term is one of the most common supplement mistakes Tom sees. We pair them by default.
When should I take everything?
Here's how Tom does it. Creatine in the morning with breakfast. Vitamin D3 & K2 and Curcumin 95 with his main meal, both fat-soluble so they need food to absorb properly. Magnesium in the evening before bed. Simple, consistent, effective.
How long before I notice a difference?
From Tom's own experience and working with clients: creatine within 1 to 2 weeks. Magnesium often within the first week, especially for sleep. Vitamin D and curcumin build over 4 to 6 weeks. Give it a full month and you'll have a clear picture.
Is the Founders Stack suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes. Creatine monohydrate is synthetically produced with no animal derivatives. All three capsule products use plant-based HPMC shells, no gelatin.
