30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind everything we make. If you’ve given a product a fair try and it isn’t right for you, we’ll refund it, even if it’s opened.
What counts as a fair try
- You’ve taken it as directed on the label, daily, for at least 14 days. Most supplements take a few weeks to show any difference, so we ask everyone to give them that time.
- You’re claiming within 30 days of delivery.
How to claim
Email info@nutriquarter.com with:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the product showing what’s left in it.
- A few lines on how you took it (dose, time of day, how many days) and why it wasn’t right for you.
We read every claim ourselves. It tells us what isn’t working so we can improve. We may ask a follow-up question. Once approved, we’ll refund what you paid for the product to your original payment method within 1–2 working days. You don’t need to send the product back.
The small print
- The guarantee covers one opened unit of each product, once per customer.
- For subscriptions, it covers your first delivery only.
- It applies to orders placed on nutriquarter.com. Orders from Amazon, TikTok Shop or other retailers follow their own returns policies.
- For bundles and discounted orders, we refund the amount you actually paid for the item.
- Original delivery costs are non-refundable.
- We may decline claims where we see repeated or abusive use of the guarantee (see our Terms of Service).
Unopened returns
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email us first; returns sent without approval may not be processed. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and we’ll put it right.
