The gut-skin connection: how your gut affects your skin

You've tried different cleansers, serums, and routines. Your skin improves for a while and then goes back to how it was. Many of these are also things people reach for when they're stressed or not feeling well, which helps explain why stress so reliably causes skin flares.
The microbiome and acne specifically

Dietary change is the foundation. Increasing fibre intake - from vegetables, legumes, and wholegrains - is more impactful than any supplement for microbiome health.
